As a Turkish-speaking Customer Expert, you will help creators manage their accounts, subscriptions, marketing tools, and technical issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Turkish-speaking Customer Expert, you will help creators manage their accounts, subscriptions, marketing tools, and technical issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Content Creators and Influencers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with account management, subscription management, and technical troubleshooting.
Support users with platform tools, features, and marketing solutions.
Conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer understanding and resolution.
Identify trends affecting creators and propose solutions.
Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
Native-level Turkish.
English B2 or higher.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Good computer and digital skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
EU work authorization, valid Portuguese Residence Permit, or Temporary Protection Certificate required.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and on-site in Lisbon.
