Personal Trainer - Women's Fitness Specialist
As a Personal Trainer - Women's Fitness Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for women in our gym located in Almada.
Your main objective will be to help our clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of women's fitness needs and the ability to tailor workout plans to match their specific requirements.
You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively guide and motivate clients during training sessions.
Responsibilities: - Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals. - Design customized workout plans that are safe, effective, and tailored to meet the needs of female clients. - Provide guidance on proper form, technique, and nutrition to ensure maximum results. - Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout routines. - Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to help them stay focused and committed. - Maintain a clean and organized training area at all times.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor with a specialization in women's fitness. - In-depth knowledge of different training techniques, equipment, and nutrition principles. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. - Passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals.
