Your Tasks

Support Local Quality Engineers (LQO) in the approval and release of new products, process and engineering changes and participate in quality problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lessons Learned;

Support product audits (Q-Test), reliability testing (Z-Test) to fulfill the annual planning, deviation management, and containment actions;

Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and databases to enhance quality performance monitoring and decision-making;

Apply digital solutions and Artificial Intelligence tools to automate reporting activities, improve data validation processes, and strengthen decisions through the "four-eyes" principle;

Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, detect risks, and support the transition from reactive problem-solving to predictive and preventive quality management;

Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on process efficiency, data transparency, and operational excellence.

Your Profile

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Physics Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field;

Interest in Quality Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Continuous Improvement methodologies;

Basic understanding of problem-solving methods such as 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing is a plus;

Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, or AI-based solutions is highly valued;

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;

Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international, multidisciplinary and multicultural teams;

Curious mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and continuously improve processes.
