Business Process Consultant at Baires Dev In this role, you'll bring a strong consulting background to map business processes tied to application modernization efforts.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand and document how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms.

What You'll
Do: Consult with clients to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
Apply systems engineering principles to analyze and document complex workflows.
Lead requirements gathering sessions to ensure accurate and actionable process documentation.
What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience in business process mapping.
Strong background in systems engineering.
Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .
NET.
Strong requirements gathering skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have: Mainframe or COBOL domain familiarity.
