In this role, you will support customers through calls and back-office channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Work Organization This position is based in modern offices in Guimarães, offering a welcoming and well-equipped workspace. To ensure a strong start, the first months are fully on-site.
After 3 to 4 months, remote work may be possible depending on performance.
Your Responsibilities
Assist customers via inbound and outbound calls
Manage requests through back-office channels
Guide and support customers throughout their experience
Identify needs and propose suitable solutions
Handle objections and complaints professionally
Perform sales-related tasks when required
Maintain high service quality standards
Use multiple IT systems and digital tools
What You Need
Excellent French (C1/C2)
Solid computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach
Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
Availability for rotating schedules
Full-time availability (40h/week)
Already residing in Portugal (no relocation provided)
