What will you do?

Manage the complete lifecycle of requirements, from initial specification to final delivery, primarily within an Agile environment. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating high-level needs into clear functional/technical specifications like User Stories and Process Maps. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring accurate capture and translation of business needs into functional requirements. Design and execute complex Integration System Testing (IST) scenarios for APIs/data flows, manage the full defect lifecycle, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Analyze existing data ecosystems to investigate quality issues, identify root causes of inconsistencies, and drive data-driven insights for improved decision-making. Analyze current ("As-Is") business processes to design efficient future-state ("To-Be") workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation. What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven experience of 6+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT environment with a focus on Finance or RISK functions. Deep knowledge of the testing lifecycle, including designing complex Integration System Testing (IST) for APIs/interfaces and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), experienced in defect management. Proficiency in requirements and process modeling using User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules, and expert in BPMN and UML. Advanced expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint management, and strict prioritization of features for MVP delivery. Strong understanding of application architecture, system interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns (e.g., APIs, Data Virtualization) with ability to analyze data quality across multiple REFERENTIALS. Proficiency with tools like ALM Octane for traceability and defect management, Jira for task/backlog tracking, and Confluence for documentation.
