What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset: Proven senior experience (4+ years) in the end-to-end delivery of technical integration projects.
A profile that can be either more technical (e. g., Solution Architecture, Tech Lead) or project management-oriented with a solid technical background.
Business-level Japanese proficiency for daily work engagement.
Strong command of English for professional communication and documentation.
Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
Available to travel abroad.
