WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're hiring a Business Analyst / Product Owner for data-driven projects under Portugal's PRR (Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência) program.
You'll sit at the intersection of business, data and technology, turning ambiguity into clear requirements and clear requirements into systems that work.
Hybrid
Regime: 3x week at the office.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner; Comfortable working with data concepts (data modeling, data quality, data governance), able to bridge business stakeholders and technical/data teams; Experience evaluating, selecting or documenting requirements for CRM platforms; Strong track record documenting and structuring business rules; Familiarity with predictive analytics initiatives, able to define use cases, success criteria and data requirements alongside data science teams; Exposure to R&D-intensive environments (pharma, biotech, chemical or life sciences) is a strong plus; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Based in Portugal.
