Position title Financial Controller (M/F)Description Alive Travel is a company belonging to the On Tourism Group, operating in the travel sector across various markets.
To support our growth, we intend to strengthen our Lisbon team with the recruitment of a **Financial Controller** **(M/F)** .
This role will play a central part in financial and accounting analysis, as well as in the implementation of new processes that support the group's sustainable development.
Responsibilities• Financial and accounting analysis of the group, ensuring the reliability of information.
- Budgetary control (actual and corrective) and deviation analysis.
- Support in defining, monitoring, and tracking performance indicators (financial and management).
- Support in the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes (financial and operational), ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparation of financial reports and charts to support Management.
- Active participation in strategic investment decisions and resource optimization.
- Contribution to the development of a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis, management control, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and budget control.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP systems.
- Fluent English.
- Leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Critical thinking, decision-making ability, and focus on continuous improvement.
