Solid experience as a Data Project Manager, steering analytics or data projects from business needs to delivery, within timelines and budget.
Strong expertise in project management and in defining relevant KPIs and performance indicators.
Experience working in Agile mode with data analysts, data engineers and IT teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Ability to conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses and impact assessments.
Knowledge of data processing, data analysis, predictive models and financial models.
Awareness of data governance principles (personal data protection, security, reliability and ethics).
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
Strong customer focus, decision-making and synthesis skills, with the ability to lead change and engage stakeholders, including senior management.
Fluent French and English (mandatory).
Previous experience in HR / People Analytics projects is a plus. Условия
