Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account access, billing, and invoicing queries.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
Guide users in the use of innovative AI-powered products and services.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Native-level or fluent English (mandatory).
Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centres, Customer Support, or Telecommunications.
Interest in technology, AI, and digital tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).
