Adecco Recruitment is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an international organization.

Manage recruitment processes end to end, from identifying the need to onboarding the employee.
Develop sourcing strategies suited to different markets, roles and seniority levels.
Screen CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidates.
Coordinate interviews, feedback and communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and Human Resources teams.
Support onboarding activities, ensuring an efficient transition for new employees.
Participate in Employer Branding, talent attraction and Early Careers initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of information in the ATS and other recruitment tools.
Monitor recruitment indicators, SLAs and performance metrics.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation and Talent Acquisition process transformation projects. Требования
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in multinational, Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
Solid experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, competency-based interviews and talent pipeline management.
Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, autonomous and results-oriented profile.
Ability to work in a global, dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
High operational rigor and attention to detail.
University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences or a similar field.
Good command of English (mandatory requirement). Условия
