Provide customer support via phone, email and chat; Assist customers with account access, billing and invoicing queries; Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions; Guide users in the use of innovative AI-powered products and services; Ensure a high-quality customer experience and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Native or fluent English (mandatory); Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Support or Telecommunications; Interest in technology, AI and digital tools; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit; Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).
