Between 3 and 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile project environments.
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Good command of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin for defining acceptance criteria.
Experience in requirements analysis, functional specification, and validation of technical solutions.
Experience in designing and testing user interfaces and APIs.
Experience with event-driven solutions.
Knowledge of data structuring, definition, and organization.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Hands-on experience with Postman for querying and monitoring REST APIs.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Office 365 tools.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong teamwork, client-oriented mindset, and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyse, specify, and validate solutions proposed by development teams for new features.
Work closely with the Product Owner, clients, developers, QA, Application Owner, and other stakeholders to define and validate functional requirements.
Define and validate acceptance criteria using BDD practices and Gherkin syntax.
Participate in the functional qualification and testing of developed solutions to ensure compliance with requirements before production deployment.
Assess the quality of implemented features, identify functional issues, and collaborate with technical teams to support their resolution.
Support change management by assisting support teams and end users during the rollout of new features.
Assist the Product Owner with governance activities, including documentation preparation, meeting minutes, and tracking of decisions.
Contribute to the preparation, facilitation, and presentation of project committees and Agile team ceremonies.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of data repositories and related functionalities.
Monitor features already deployed to production and support the investigation and resolution of functional issues.
Collaborate with teams responsible for client-facing and consumer applications to ensure alignment between business needs, data requirements, and technical solutions.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, knowledge sharing, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
