Senior Test Leader

to join a long-term project within the

Banking & Insurance

sector, working with international teams and contributing to the delivery of high-quality testing services. Your main responsibilities:

Define and implement Test Strategy and Master Test Plans Coordinate and support Test Analysts throughout the project lifecycle Plan, execute and monitor testing activities Manage test reporting, defect follow-up and Go/No-Go decisions Communicate project status and testing progress to stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies We're looking for professionals with:

5+ years of experience in Software Testing Previous experience as a Test Lead or Test Coordinator Experience defining test strategies and test plans Knowledge of

Octane, Jira and Confluence Experience with

APIs

and

SQL Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills Experience in the

Banking

or

Insurance

sector will be considered a strong advantage.
